Architecture and Planning

Architecture and planning is Arch-Design's founding discipline. Practice established c. 1975 and incorporated as Arch-Design Consult by 1978, we have delivered design services across residential, institutional, educational, health, industrial and civic projects for public institutions, state-owned enterprises, private companies and community organisations in Ghana. Technical decisions are tested against buildability, cost, programme, operations and long-term asset performance.

As lead design consultant, we manage the full design process from strategic briefing and site analysis through to coordinated construction documentation and post-contract design support. Where the project requires it, we lead multidisciplinary coordination — integrating structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and specialist inputs into a single, coordinated design package for client and contractor.
