For programmes that require engineering, procurement, construction and financing to be structured as a single integrated package, Arch-Design assembles and leads a project-specific delivery consortium. We do not maintain a fixed group of companies for every assignment — the consortium is configured around the technical, financial, operational and geographic requirements of each opportunity.

Arch-Design provides consortium leadership, client interface and technical programme integration. EPC contractors are selected for relevant sector experience, delivery capacity and commercial suitability. Financing partners are engaged only where the project economics and institutional framework support private or blended capital. Asset managers, operators and facilities-management providers are integrated early enough to influence design and lifecycle decisions.
