Procurement and Construction Delivery

Getting a project from approved design to delivered asset requires structured procurement and disciplined construction oversight. We act as the client's technical representative through tender, construction and handover — providing continuity of design intent from the drawing board to the completed building, and maintaining cost, quality and schedule accountability throughout.

Our procurement and construction-stage experience spans single-building commissions and multi-site national programmes. In the Ministry of Health nationwide rehabilitation programme (1986–1990), we provided tender documentation, contractor selection and technical supervision for 193 health centres, health posts, nurses' training colleges and medical stores — a scale of procurement and site management that informs our current approach to contractor and supply chain oversight.
