Programme and Project Integration

Within multi-partner delivery consortia, programme integration is the function that holds the whole together. The purpose of the consortium model is not to create another layer of complexity — it is to give the client a coordinated delivery platform with clear responsibility for interfaces, information, standards, programme controls and decision-making across the consortium.

Arch-Design's integration function sits at the junction of governance, technical interfaces and programme controls. We manage the interfaces between architectural, engineering, EPC and technology partners; maintain the programme schedule and reporting framework; and coordinate procurement activities across the consortium. This accountability is distinct from any individual contractor or consultant appointment: it is the function that makes the consortium answerable as a whole.
