Arch-Design provides programme and project management as a standalone service — acting as client-side project manager or as the design-stage management function within a larger delivery team. We have managed design, procurement and construction-stage activities across health, education, housing and institutional assignments.

Our programme management structure integrates planning, reporting, risk, change and document control within a single client-facing function. We act as the client's primary point of accountability for progress, cost exposure and design coordination, and manage the interfaces between specialist consultants, statutory bodies, contractors and institutional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
