Project development work — site readiness, feasibility, technical due diligence, cost planning and business-case development — is the foundation that determines whether a project advances or stalls. We provide this service independently, as a precursor to a design commission, or as the advisory function within a wider engagement. Our approach is grounded in the principle that projects must be properly defined, prepared and structured before they can be effectively designed or procured.

This means arriving at a clear project definition, a tested cost position and a delivery model that reflects the actual financing, procurement and institutional conditions of the assignment. Project development outputs are designed to be usable: a feasibility report a client can take to a board, a technical assessment a lender can rely on, a cost plan a procurement team can build from.
